Key Concept One: Structure is king

The structure you are in determines your experience and your results.

You can be in one of three structures:

  1. Fixed: In the box, stuck, not moving forward or making progress.
  2. Oscillating: On the pendulum, swinging back and forth. You take 2 steps forward and 2 steps back. OR
  3. Flow: When you are the ball. This is our natural state.

Notice how if you are in either a fixed or oscillating structure, trying to change the ball doesn't get you flowing. We either need to get out of the box or untether ourselves from our limiting assumptions.

It’s the structure we change. Not the ball.

One of our true end results is to choose to be in our natural state, our flow structure.
