The 5 Key Concepts

Our key concepts underpin the 4-Step Empowered Perspective Method. 

We designed them so you can use them in two ways:

  1. As a starting premise: assume these to be true from the start.
  2. As anchors: hold these these when you feel wobbly, disorientated, lost or confused. Use them as a checklist or mantra to recentre and reorient yourself.

The 5 key concept are:

  1. Structure is king
  2. Focus on the target 
  3. Use your will to choose the Empowered Perspective
  4. Trust is the leading energy
  5. The intention behind the action matters most.
