The 5 Key Concepts
Our key concepts underpin the 4-Step Empowered Perspective Method.
We designed them so you can use them in two ways:
- As a starting premise: assume these to be true from the start.
- As anchors: hold these these when you feel wobbly, disorientated, lost or confused. Use them as a checklist or mantra to recentre and reorient yourself.
The 5 key concept are:
