Key Concepts 2-3

Key Concept Two: Focus on the target

When in doubt, focus on the target. Keep your eyes on the prize.

When we focus on:

  • fixing ourselves
  • the mechanics/strategy/process
  • the how,

we stop trusting in our natural ability to create our end results and we start questioning ourselves, others and how it is. In this state we are being led by the fears, doubts, worries and concerns. These are the walls of the box and the ropes that tether us.

Our power is in our FOCUS. Our focus creates our reality.

We focus on what we would LOVE to CREATE.

We focus on getting out of the box.

We focus on untethering ourselves.

When we focus on the target we know our thoughts and feelings are not objective reality. They show us our assumptions about ourselves, others and the world around us. They show us the box we have put ourselves in or the ropes that are tethering us.

So when in doubt, focus on the target and what you want to CREATE.

Key Concept Three: Use your will to choose the Empowered Perspective

Use your will to get out of the box or untether yourself to return to your natural state of flow.

  • Use your will to focus on the target.
  • Use your will to lead yourself with trust.
  • Use your will to focus on what you would love to create.

We don’t use our will to:

  • Fix our beliefs.
  • Fix ourselves.
  • Force ourselves to do things we feel we ‘should do’.
